 When you email us at the above address, please make certain to provide us with the following information in your email:
1. Your full name and shipping address.
2. Part name you are having difficulty with (and color if applicable...i.e. J-118 Atomizer-Black).
3. The originating order# from when you purchased this part.
4. A brief explanation of the existing problem you are having.
*Replacement parts generally ship out within 2 business days as long as they are in stock.
** NOTE: while we ship out (at no cost to you) warrantied replacement parts right away without making you wait for us to receive the faulty part back first, we still require you to go ahead and ship us back the faulty part immediately after receiving your replacement. You may ship back to us via regular 1st class mail if you wish.
